RETETA | Piept de pui cu ciuperci si ardei gras

Rapid si sanatoas!

Ingrediente:

  • 1 piept de pui
  • 350 g ciuperci
  • 2 ardei grasi rosii
  • 1 ceapa
  • putin vin alb
  • ulei de masline
  • condimente
  • patrunjel proaspat

 

Mod de preparare:

Ceapa se pune la calit in ulei de masline. Adaugam  si pieptul de pui taiat bucatele. Lasam pana se patrunde bine puiul, apoi adaugam ciupercile taiate. Stropim cu vin, saram si piperam si lasam la foc potrivit cam 15 minute. Apoi, adaugam si ardeiul gras si mai lasam cateva minute.
Presaram putin patrunjel verde tocat si pofta buna! 🙂
