RETETA | Brioșe cu frișcă

Ingrediente:

250 gr unt
180 gr zahar
4 oua
1 plic  zahar vanilat
1/2 plic  praf de copt
300 gr faina
1 praf de sare

Decor: frisca vanilata , nuca de cocos.

Mod de preparare:

  1. Untul se mixeaza cu zaharul pana obtinem o compozite omogena.
  2. Adaugam pe rand  ouale  si mixam continuu.
  3. Adaugam praful de sare, vanilia  si faina amestecata cu praful de copt.
  4. Se amesteca  usor pana la incorporare.
  5. Intr-o tava cu forme de briose punem chese iar in fiecare chesa turnam compozitia de briose cu ajutorul unui pos prevazut cu dui, cca 1/2 din forma.
  6. Se introduce tava in cuptorul incalzit la 160C  si se lasa la copt cca 25 min . Cand au capatat o culoare usor  aurie se scot din cuptor si se lasa sa se raceasca.
  7. Se decoreaza cu o avelina de frisca vanilata si  nuca de cocos.

Se servesc alaturi de cafea sau ceai.
